Jennifer LaCharite is an author, entrepreneur, and longtime real estate professional based in Southern California. Her career has never fit neatly into one box, spanning real estate, healthcare, business development, operations, and writing.

As a Broker Associate with CARR, Jennifer specializes in healthcare real estate, representing healthcare professionals with their commercial real estate needs throughout Southern California. She is also the founder and President of ELEVARE Business Development, where she provides fractional operational and business support to healthcare organizations, with a particular background in the clinical laboratory industry.

And then there’s the slightly less corporate side of Jennifer.

She is the author of From Hot Mama to Hot Mess, a funny and relatable collection of menopause stories, mishaps, and the things women probably shouldn’t admit out loud. Writing has given Jennifer a new way to combine her sense of humor, real life experiences, and belief that sometimes the best response to life’s more ridiculous moments is simply to laugh about them.

Originally from Michigan and now living in Southern California, Jennifer is an empty nester who believes life is allowed to have more than one chapter. Whether she’s negotiating real estate, building a business, creating something new, or writing, she’s usually working on something.
